Cortical Foundation *

The Cortical Foundation was founded by Gary Todd in 1992 to broaden awareness of this century's innovators in sound and composition. Our primary function is the preservation of sound archives and publication of recordings, with particular emphasis on artists that emerged during the 1960's. Many of these recordings represent new directions in music and have re-defined musical development of the 20th Century.
